Safety Procedure Reminders

All parents must sign their child out if leaving early and sign in if the child arrives late. This includes when your child goes home for lunch.

  • Please send a note to the teacher when you know your child will be leaving early.
  • All visitors must sign in and wear a visitor’s badge when visiting the school.

Traffic Update

Your child’s safety is the forefront of our drop-off and pick-up procedures. In order for students to stay safe and traffic to flow smoothly, please abide by the following procedures:

  • Observe and follow all posted traffic signs.
  • Cell phones are not to be used while you are in your car in school zones.
  • The front drive-up is for drop-off and pick-ups only. If there is not space for you to pull in, we ask that you drive around the block and try again after other cars have pulled away- please do not double park.
  • We ask that parents of 1 - 5th graders wait until after 3:15pm, to pull in the front drive-up so the preschool parents can pick-up their students at their 3:15pm dismissal.
  • Unload your students from the curbside, not the street side of your car.
  • Parking is permitted on the east side of Deborah Lane as well as the south side of Estates Drive.
  • There is no parking from 8:00am to 4:00pm on the north side of Estates Drive.
  • When dropping off or picking up students, do not stop or stand in the pedestrian crosswalks.
  • Parents need to cross over Estates Drive to pick up their students, do not motion for them to cross the street on their own.
  • Parents and students must cross the street at the crosswalk.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience in keeping all our students safe!
