Forest View’s Parent Teacher Organization is a partnership between parents and teachers, working together to encourage a closer relationship between the home, the school, and the community. Our main goal is to provide our children with the highest quality education available.

Role of the PTO

Through fundraising activities, the PTO is able to sponsor a wide spectrum of activities for our children and their families, and to provide numerous gifts to the school and aid our community. PTO funds have helped sponsor field trips, birthday books, provide 5th grade commemorative shirts, plaques and outings, playground equipment, technological equipment and much, much more. Parents and teachers are always working together make these gifts possible.

Membership

All parents and teachers are considered general members of the PTO. No dues are charged for membership. Parent support is needed for various programs and fundraisers. Every parent is welcomed!  Parents are encouraged to attend meetings and to participate in activities as possible. Please contact the PTO President or the school office if you have any questions regarding the PTO.

2017-2018 Meeting Schedule – Meetings are held at 7pm in the Forest View staff lounge which is located across from the main office, next to the library).  We usually have free baby-sitting for those preschool aged and older.
