  • Donate a Book to Your Child’s Class
    • Work a shift at the Book Fair in October (10/8, 10/9 or 10/10) and you’ll get to choose one book to donate to your child’s class. Sign up at: http://tiny.cc/FVBookFair2019

  • If you take pictures at school events, they could be in the Yearbook!
  • Catch up on the latest happenings

Role of the PTO

The PTO is able to sponsor a wide range of activities for our children and their families plus provide numerous gifts to the school through fundraising efforts. The PTO has helped pay for field trips and birthday books for all students; provide the 5th grade commemorative shirts, plaque and family breakfast; supplied playground equipment, technological equipment and much, much more for Forest View Elementary.

What can I do to help the Forest View PTO?

  • Attend events with your children
  • Sign up to help at any of the events  
  • Attend meetings and share your thoughts

Here’s our PTO bylaws.

 

Membership

All parents/guardians and Forest View staff are considered general members of the PTO. No dues are charged for membership; every parent, guardian and staff member is welcome!

Upcoming Meetings:

The PTO will meet on: Sep 5th, Oct 3rd, Nov 7th, Dec 5th, Jan 9th, Feb 6th, Mar 5th, Apr 2nd and May 7th.

 

Executive Board members for the 2019-2020 school year:

  • Liz Williams, Vice President
  • Gricel Thomas, Treasurer
  • Karin Kipp, Recording Secretary
